Quite great for today, my exercise time, they’re ain’t on time. Finally I ran at 10.30 AM. Using the equipment,with jumper, and gloves. I got 4 laps + 1 through walking. It’s about 15 minutes ran, and the rest by walked. I got 14 pull-ups, and chain restock still easy.

I drank young coconut, and I eat noodles with some rice (it’s carbo meet carbo) so sorry, I just wondering.

If afternoon the swimming pool’s open, I’ll take some aqua-cardio.
