It’s Sunday. This morning, I used to join SCORA, celebrating the day of Cancer. Too bad, I woke up late 😦 then I did nothing.
Then, I ran alone. Can’t measure the exact range of my natural track haha but I got running over 20 minutes, quite good I think. But I just felt, running alone is like you lose something -_- it’d be better if we ran, we have our subordinates, or our friends included. By set up the harmonic of our stomp, cohorting, yelling and so on. Now I’m going to take handstands and push-ups. I don’t wanna lose my body shape B-)
