Today, I had gym with @ppdesa and @akazakaria for quite long time. I truly focusing my training for shoulder, deltoids, biceps and triceps. And, a little spare time I did sit up. Total time, measured for 90 minutes on gym. Then we took next course, it’s swimming. I invented new technique, it’s gaya belut haha, totally cool, someday I’m going to show this up to girls who swam right on the same pool to me B-) doain yak, berat gue 68-69 lagi nih esa aja 65 😦 kudu bisa!!!!!!! Besok gue marathon sama aka & Kenjitsu 🙂 my friend from TN hehe gonna be fun!
